   4. Promoting iconicKODES. through illegal means or channels.

4. Cookies and Tracking: Affiliates must understand that cookies can expire, and sales must occur within the cookie duration period to qualify for commissions. Ensure the use of your affiliate links to maintain tracking accuracy.

Termination

iconicKODES reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of this policy, unethical conduct, or inactivity. Upon termination, your access to the affiliate dashboard and any outstanding commissions will be assessed based on the terms outlined herein.

Modifications to the Affiliate Policy

iconicKODES may update or modify this Affiliate Policy at any time. We will notify affiliates of significant changes through email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program after changes are made will constitute acceptance of the new policy terms.
