Rating Policy

iconicKODES Rating Policy

You can leave ratings and reviews for items you have purchased within 6 months of the purchase date. Each review should be submitted only once and must be respectful, helpful, and constructive to assist other customers considering purchases on iconicKODES Marketplace.

Note: Once a refund for an item is processed, the corresponding rating will be automatically removed.

Rating or Review Removal Policy

iconicKODES's general policy is not to censor, edit, or delete customer ratings or reviews; however, there are certain circumstances that may lead to the removal of a rating or review. In cases of repeated or serious violations by a customer, we may revoke their right to rate an item or suspend or terminate their account. iconicKODES reserves the right to determine if a rating or review violates this policy, and decisions made by the Customer Success Team regarding reviews are final.

We will remove ratings and reviews that:

  • Are not directly related to the item or the support services provided by the author.
  • Concern item support for items that are unsupported.
  • Are abusive, obscene, threatening, discriminatory, hateful, offensive, or otherwise violate our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Infringe on the privacy rights of others, such as disclosing names, email addresses, domains, purchase codes, or any other identifying or confidential information without consent.
  • Attempt to coerce a user into actions they are not obligated to take, such as compelling an author to provide support for an unsupported item or after the customer’s support has expired.
  • Are submitted or updated more than 6 months after the purchase date.
  • Are used as a means of making a support request. Support inquiries must be directed through the method specified by the author.
  • Are posted repeatedly. Customers may only rate an item once. If an author is actively working to resolve an issue, customers may update their review, but only once within a 30-day period. Ratings submitted more frequently (e.g., twice in one week) may be subject to removal.

Glossary

  1. "Item" refers to all aspects of the item, including any compatible or required third-party plugins mentioned on the item description page.
  2. “Support services provided” encompasses any support offered, even if the item was labeled as ‘unsupported’, if such services were provided outside a valid support period, or if the services exceeded those outlined in the Item Support Policy.
  3. “Unsupported” denotes an item sold as ‘unsupported’ or sold without any reference to support services being available from the author regarding the item.
